Qore remains accountable for every facility through its life. Day-to-day facility management is delivered in partnership with established third-party specialists.

Owner-operator

## One accountable counterparty

Customers contract with Qore, and Qore remains responsible for power, cooling, security, maintenance and the long-term plan for the facility. Facility management is delivered with established third-party providers specialised in mission-critical environments, working to Qore's standards and service levels.

* Critical systems operation and planned maintenance
* Physical security and access control
* Energy, water and heat-reuse management
* Regulatory reporting, including EU data centre energy reporting
* Capacity planning and expansion with the customer
