What we do, how we work, and how we relate to other names you may have seen.

What is Qore Infrastructure Partners?

Qore Infrastructure Partners (QIP) is Europe's power-ready hyperscale and AI data centre platform, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with the mission of Building Europe's Sovereign AI Infrastructure. It develops, delivers and operates hyperscale, AI and sovereign data centre facilities on more than 1 GW of power-secured pipeline. Customers bring the compute; Qore delivers the land, power, building and fit-out.

Who are your customers?

Hyperscale cloud providers, AI labs and neocloud operators, governments and public institutions, and enterprises that need capacity they control. See [Hyperscalers and AI labs](https://www.qoreinfra.com/work-with-us/hyperscalers-and-ai-labs/) and [Governments and enterprise](https://www.qoreinfra.com/governments-and-enterprise/).

Do you own the chips or sell compute?

No. We own and deliver the infrastructure: land, power, building and fit-out. Customers bring and own their servers, GPUs and networks. This keeps us neutral across chip vendors and cloud platforms.

How fast can you deliver capacity?

On confirmed grid power, the platform's proprietary Qore Modular system can deliver new capacity in six to nine months. Larger campuses typically take 12 to 24 months of on-site construction from mobilisation. Read more about [Qore Modular](https://www.qoreinfra.com/products/qore-modular/).

Which markets do you work in?

Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries, with other European markets assessed case by case. See [Markets](https://www.qoreinfra.com/markets/).

Why does the platform only develop on confirmed power?

Power is the main constraint on new data centre capacity in Europe. Grid connection queues in the main hubs average seven to ten years, according to the International Energy Agency. The platform commits only once the grid operator has confirmed the connection in writing, and never relies on a future rezoning.

Can landowners or power producers partner with Qore?

Yes. The platform acquires land and partners with landowners, utilities and power producers, including through joint ventures where land and generation or grid capacity come together, as it already does in Germany. See [Landowners and power producers](https://www.qoreinfra.com/work-with-us/landowners-and-power-producers/).

Is Qore Infrastructure Partners the same as QoreX?

Qore Infrastructure Partners was previously presented under the name QoreX. The QoreX name is no longer used, and its data centre activities are now carried out as Qore Infrastructure Partners.

How is Qore Infrastructure Partners related to Qore and qoreinvest.com?

Qore Infrastructure Partners is part of the Qore group founded by Oliver Spring and is dedicated to data centres and digital infrastructure. Qore, at qoreinvest.com, is a separate business focused on strategic advisory. The two have different teams and remits.

Is Qore Infrastructure Partners connected to Gcore, QORE Switzerland, QORE Global or other companies with similar names?

No. Qore Infrastructure Partners is not affiliated with Gcore (a Luxembourg-based cloud and edge provider), QORE Switzerland AG (precious metals), QORE Global or QORE Finance (payments and financial services), Qore (core banking software, qore.inc), or any other company using a similar name. Our only website is qoreinfra.com. If you are unsure whether a message comes from us, see our [impersonation notice](https://www.qoreinfra.com/legal/security-notice/).

Do you offer investments to the public?

No. Qore Infrastructure Partners is a data centre developer, not a regulated financial services firm. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, a solicitation or investment advice. Strategic and institutional partners can reach us through the [contact page](https://www.qoreinfra.com/contact/).

How do you approach sustainability?

Facilities are designed for heat reuse from the start, source renewable power, and target efficiency that meets or exceeds local rules, including Germany's requirement that new data centres achieve a PUE of 1.2. See [Responsibility](https://www.qoreinfra.com/platform/responsibility/).

How large is the platform's pipeline?

More than 1 GW of power-secured development pipeline, including about 640 MW of secured grid capacity across three near-term facilities in Switzerland and Germany, with first new capacity from 2027 and further pipeline in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Nordics. Facility-level details are shared with qualified counterparties under NDA. See [Facilities and pipeline](https://www.qoreinfra.com/platform/facilities/).

What track record does the team have?

The leadership team has a data centre project track record of more than USD 3 billion and 780 MW of closed data centre project deals across Europe and the United States, including turnkey hyperscale facilities in Virginia and a hyperscale campus in Illinois. The platform's execution network has delivered about 1 GW of hyperscale data centre construction across eight European countries. See [Track record](https://www.qoreinfra.com/platform/track-record/).

Does Qore work with governments on sovereign AI?

Yes. The platform works directly with ministries, regional authorities, public institutions and economic delegations across Europe, the Gulf and the United States, from strategy and feasibility to ready-to-build projects and delivered Qore Modular facilities. See [Governments and enterprise](https://www.qoreinfra.com/governments-and-enterprise/).
