Platform

Facilities designed for decades of operation: efficient by regulation and by design, with heat reuse and renewable power built in from the start.

### Efficiency

Targets that meet or exceed local regulation, including Germany's power usage effectiveness limit of 1.2 for new data centres, treated as a design baseline rather than a ceiling.

### Heat reuse

Heat recovery designed into every facility, so waste heat can supply district heating networks, industry and neighbouring users.

### Renewable power

Renewable power purchase agreements, on-site solar and storage, and direct supply from adjacent generation where regulation allows.

Communities

## Long-term neighbours

The platform prefers brownfield and existing industrial land, engages municipalities early, and designs buildings, landscaping and traffic around the communities that host them. Facilities are hardened against physical, drone and electromagnetic threats where the mission requires it.

Operations are designed for European reporting requirements, including the annual energy and sustainability reporting that applies to data centres with an IT power demand of at least 500 kW.
