Criteria

## What the platform looks for

Land able to carry tens to hundreds of megawatts, with power on in 2027 to 2028.

### Power

An existing connection, a confirmed connection offer, proximity to a high-voltage substation with spare capacity, or adjacent generation.

### Planning

Zoning that permits data centre use, or a planning process in its final stage.

### Land

Typically several hectares or more, with road access, fibre routes and ideally a nearby heat network.

### Acquisition

Qore acquires the land, with payments that can be staged to power milestones.

### Joint venture

The partner contributes land, power or grid capacity; Qore develops, delivers and operates. The platform already works this way with power producers in Germany.

### Long-term offtake

For power producers, a facility on or beside generation as a long-term, high-value customer.
