An in-house delivery team, modular prefabrication and end-to-end grid management compress the path from commitment to ready-for-service.

Delivery is led by a team with more than 1 GW of hyperscale construction oversight, €3bn+ of development pipelines and ISO-accredited programme management, supported by an execution network that has delivered about 1 GW of hyperscale capacity across eight European countries.

Track record

Phases

Data centre development and delivery

  1. Structuring

Sourcing and due diligence. Identify and assess opportunities, negotiate acquisition terms, prepare the underwriting business plan, coordinate legal, financial and technical due diligence, assess permits, power and infrastructure, and define the permitting path.

  2. Pre-development

Design, permitting and power. Contract design teams and engineers, lead permitting with municipalities and ministries, manage environmental processes, coordinate HV and MV connections and power provider relationships, and run general contractor tenders.

  3. Development

Construction phase management. Programme control on time and cost, contractor and consultant management, weekly reviews and site visits, and immediate reporting of any deviation from brief or budget.
