London is one of Europe's largest and most power-constrained data centre markets. The UK government is directing large-scale AI infrastructure to regions with land and power through AI Growth Zones in several regions of England and Wales, and has opened the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects regime to large data centres, targeting consent in around 12 months.
The platform's UK pipeline centres on a large-scale campus with on-site generation and a phased path to hyperscale capacity, with first capacity targeted for 2028.
