Proprietary access to power
Origination is the platform's core capability. Long-standing relationships with system operators, utilities, power producers and landowners provide access to capacity that does not reach the open market.
Grid expertise, in house
The grid connection decides whether a facility is built and when. It is never outsourced.
Confirmed in writing
Capacity, connection date and ramp confirmed by the transmission or distribution system operator before any commitment.
Transmission level
Connections to existing extra-high-voltage substations where available, avoiding distribution-grid queues and preserving expansion capacity.
Costs capped early
Connection costs and construction contributions assessed and capped contractually at underwriting.
Partnering directly with power producers
Some of Europe's most valuable data centre locations sit beside generation and the substations that connect it. The platform partners directly with power producers, generators and utilities, including through joint ventures in which the partner contributes power, land or grid capacity and Qore develops, delivers and operates the facility.
The platform already operates this model in Germany and applies it across its markets.

Power designed in from the planning stage
Renewable supply
Renewable PPAs and on-site solar, meeting sourcing requirements such as those of Germany's Energy Efficiency Act.
Storage and flexibility
Battery storage for peak management, grid support and flexible connections that would otherwise be unavailable.
Resilience
Hydrogen-ready backup and decentralised microgrid capability across facilities.
Direct supply
Direct PPAs with adjacent generation where regulation allows, for price certainty and speed to power.
