Qore Modular

The platform's proprietary factory-built data centre system. Designed in Switzerland, built for Europe.

The system

Capacity in six to nine months on confirmed power, with costs fixed at order.

Conventional construction is slow, cost-uncertain and contractor-dependent: on-site programmes run for years, supply chains are fragmented and delivery dates slip. Qore Modular integrates power, cooling and rack infrastructure off-site, tests it in the factory, ships it complete and commissions it on arrival, while the plot and grid connection are prepared in parallel.

It is one of the platform's key proprietary designs, and the reason its delivery dates hold.

Configurations

One system, four formats

So the system fits the facility, rather than the other way round.

Container

Self-contained units for rapid deployment and phased capacity expansion. Suited to inference, sovereign and enterprise deployments.

Internal skid

Integration within existing building envelopes, converting industrial and commercial buildings into data centre space.

External module

Insulated standalone units for greenfield campus deployment at scale, added phase by phase.

Flatpack

Engineered for constrained indoor environments where access, floor loading or ceiling height is limited.

Programme

From order to live capacity

  1. Design lock

Configuration, density and cooling topology agreed; facility-specific design finalised.

  2. Factory build

Modules manufactured and tested off-site while the plot and grid connection are completed.

  3. Install

Modules shipped complete, placed and connected to power, cooling and fibre.

  4. Commission

Integrated systems testing and handover. The customer installs compute and goes live.

Built for AI density

Direct-to-chip liquid cooling and heat rejection sized for racks above 100 kW, updated between production runs as hardware evolves.

Phased growth

Capacity added as clusters grow, without stranding power in empty halls.

Heat reuse built in

Heat recovery interfaces in every module, ready for district heating and neighbouring users.
